2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available in the following situations:
- Service Not Delivered: If you do not receive access to the purchased tool within the stated delivery time (24-48 hours for private accounts, instant for shared tools)
- Non-Functional Service: If the tool is completely non-functional and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
- Technical Issues: If there is a confirmed technical problem on our end that prevents access
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not using the service after purchase
- Violation of our Terms of Service (including account sharing for shared accounts)
- Issues caused by the third-party tool provider (account bans, tool changes, etc.)
- Heavy usage that violates the tool's fair use policy
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
- Purchases of bundle packages (partial refunds not available)
4. Shared Accounts Policy
For shared account services, refunds are only available if:
- The tool is completely inaccessible for 48+ consecutive hours
- We cannot provide a working alternative solution
Refunds are not provided for temporary downtime or minor service interruptions that are resolved within 24 hours.
5. Private Accounts Policy
For private account purchases, refunds are available within 7 days if:
- The account is not delivered within 48 hours
- The delivered account is non-functional and cannot be fixed
Once you have successfully logged in and used the account, refunds are no longer available unless the account stops working within the first 7 days.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your account email, purchase date, and the tool you purchased
- Explain the issue you're experiencing with screenshots or evidence if possible
- Our support team will investigate and respond within 24-48 hours
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been issued. Refunds are processed through Nayapay, Jazzcash, or Banks depending on your payment method.
8. Chargeback Policy
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and legal action to recover fees. If you have an issue, we want to resolve it directly with you.
9. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
